Job description
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our creative and management teams. You will handle scheduling, correspondence, office organization, documentation, and coordination of internal and external communications. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and calendars for meetings, appointments, and team activities.
- Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials as requested.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for documents and client information.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring timely follow-ups and task updates.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
- Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and logistics for events or shoots.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Certificate, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of administrative (preferably in a creative environment).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion.
- A proactive, flexible, and resourceful personality with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) is an advantage.
